Clear and concise, the information was well presented, up to date and the visuals helped to cement the learning. Having downloadable resources and access to additional specific resources was also very useful. The questions at the end of the modules focused the learning and helped to embed the knowledge. All in all an excellent course.
All presenters spoke clearly and with a non-patronising voice. Great to mix the main presentation between two people, so that you don't get used to just one voice. The visuals were well produced and realistic. During the fire extinguisher sections, having digital effects did not interfere with the presentation. However, having a video clip of an actual fire extinguisher going off should be included, as it's very different to what the visuals showed, and would give an understanding of what to expect more fully. Which is what this training is all about. Hence just 4 stars. But the 'bite-sized' chunks are well constructed, and help when you can't do it all in one sitting, or if you need to revise a certain section. Enjoyed the corse.
The course was a useful review of essential information to keep us safe in school in the event of a fire.
A very informative course with excellent, clear graphics.
Refreshed subject knowledge and confidence.
I liked that I could complete this course in my own time. It was clear and easy to follow. The videos could be stopped at any time for me to write down some notes.
Time effective, well delivered, and informative.
Much easier to understand, more animated presenters who had better intonation in their voice. The whole presentation was easier to make notes about, which helped for reading before taking the test.
I feel better equipped to deal with a fire.
Interesting coarse, awareness of what to do in my workplace as a caretaker in a school .
