Useful if you are unable to attend a face to face course
could not hear the videos. checked with wife who also said there was no sound, so had to rely on subtitles and transcript to do the training.

I found this course very informative and needed the reminder of the different fire extinguishers and their uses in the different classes of fires out there.
The different terms, language and extinguishers are good to learn about. I understand there is different versions for different reasons so good to see the reasoning.
Most of this piece of training was clear, simple and easy to follow whilst keeping learners engaged with intermittent questions and changes in presenters. However I was also assigned the separate fire extinguisher training which is just the final 10 minutes of this course , therefore seems unnecessary , other than that a great training programme.
Well presented and easy to follow. Like the summary slide at the end of each section as a reminder of key points.
