This was my first iHASCO online course. It was true to time and I liked the format of video with audio, summarised points to read at the end of each section and a test at the end. It was informative, easy to watch/listen and it obviously worked as I passed!

Everything was presented clearly, at a good pace, in logical order and with meaningful, but not distracting, graphics. The presenter was easy to listen to and the overall length of the training just about right.
This is a really useful and comprehensive introduction and explanation of the issues.
