I have got more information on the FGM awareness and surprised to know that it is not related to any religion. Also, it helps me to be more aware of the safeguarding procedures followed in school related to FGM and the people who has legal responsibilities to prevent it and if they can not, then what are the consequences for not following the policies.

I had some understanding of what it was, however this helped me learn more about it. It was informative and clear .. I feel confident on signs to look out for as well as what to do.

The course was very interesting and informative although sometimes can be distressing to find out what these girls have to go through for no medical reason or personal gain. It is truly an eye opening course to complete

essential training in an important safeguarding area. Well presented all relevant detail is covered.

A straightforward training of this subject which highlighted all the points I need to know and reminded me of the procedures to take should I have any concerns. The test was not difficult and I was pleasently surprised that I achieved full marks. This is very encouraging. Many thanks
