I found this course really poignant having been harassed and bullied for a long time by a colleague and the mental anguish it caused me. I also found the topics discussed are very valid at just how easily people can be affected by sometimes unintentional actions or thoughtless words. Treating each individual uniquely and holistically, is what I take from this training.

I found this course really poignant having been harassed and bullied for a long time by a colleague and the mental anguish it caused me. Course gave a systematic overview of the subject although could maybe have included more examples to help tease through some of the more challenging aspects.

made me look at the ways you can be perceived by others and how not to judge people just by looking at them. we are all different and unique.

The equality and diversity training course is very interesting and informative . I have learned to always act in the best interests of individuals, to show respect and compassion to the people we care for.
