Easy to follow, clear language
I like the way these courses are structured with clear headings and highlighting /summarising important information. I also feel the questions are a helpful way to recap and check what has been learned. I have found with some other companies the language or wording of questions can be ambiguous or interpreted in different ways. For me these questions were easy to understand and use. The variation of written information / images suits me.
