Clarified a few things and also taught me a few things that I didn't know before such as age discrimination when jobs ask for 'minimum years experience'. Raises the question though, if this is classed as illegal, how come pretty much all companies and job vacancies still list this as a requirement? Definitely makes things harder for younger workers or people who are looking to start a career.
found that alot of this training wouldnt need to know unless was running a company, very long winded
Very straight forward to follow using easy language with cleat explanation throughout
Really clear, easy to understand and informative. Very user friendly as you can navigate backwards and forwards as needed.
It's always good to reiterate positive behaviour in the workplace. This programme deals with this clearly and succinctly.
Having taken the test twice, I still got some answers wrong so went back and read the programme again which is very informative and enlightening and helps to understand some of the actions taken within the work place.
seems long winded the program falters and ends up taking over an hour to complete, cover answers on the test and if left to long assumes you covbering to be your answer even if you pressed another item, may be due to poor mobile internet access. lost two points on test due to this.
I would like to see more narritive regarding the actual legislation that governs Equality Diverity in the Worplace
I would like to see more referece to Legislation as we need to reference it in Validation Visits to Inspectors
Whatever happened to common sense ? I now have no idea whether I am breaking any laws in anything I say or do during my days at work. Thankfully I am not an employer !
