Essentially forced to comply with principles I don't agree with (most of them I do). And hypocritically stated within the slides that 'my opinion matters'.
Well explained and presented course. It was full of very useful information.
This was an okay refresher . No new information was put forward. Course was to long , could have been less videos.
For all ages, new to the charity, or indeed existing, this is a necessary course, to understand how others must feel in certain situations. From coming into the working world as a 16 year old & now being 56 years of age, so much has changed & so many ways of behaving are not acceptable anymore, so this course is a good refresher/reminder of how to conduct yourself around all colleagues.
