I think this course is essential and should be compulsory when working in a multicultural and diverse work place aimed at people of all different backgrounds to ensure everyone is equally treated and safe and happy in their work environment as to maximise their potential.
This is a useful training programme and is very informative and concise set of questions and materials presented. Well organised and easy to understand and interactive.
