Very good training and a lot of good information. Only issue was that the videos was not working and I had to read the subtitles, but it was a good training session.

Excellent content, however not so easy to navigate due to repeated glitches including in the final test. Vital knowledge which requires regular updating to take account of new requirements eg the Transgender agenda.

Useful session in as much as it deals with both the definition/identification of the problem(s) and the appropriate solutions. Quite a large amount of time is reserved for identifying the many different strands of workplace inequalities and links them nicely to culpability/responsibility under the law. The scenarios given illustrate how workplace cultures may cause unfair working conditions to occur for some individuals thereby reducing their emotional well-being, morale and productivity.

This is all about common sense and if any of it does ever occur in any company it's usually brushed under the carpet in my experience.
