An excellent course, clearly given and easy to use. I felt the course provided all the required elements for our needs and was interesting.

I found the videos and examples really helpful. It was nice to update my training whilst keeping up to date with other tasks.
The screen froze several times throughout the training programme causing it to be a timely affair when it needn't have been.
A rather tedious box-ticking exercise that caused everyone to groan when they realised it was going to be an annual requirement to re-take it.

The course covered a lot of terminology which contained some very similar definitions which required some thought to fully grasp. The course however, did make me think about many issues.
