Raises awareness and rienforces positivity
Presented the material in an easy to follow format and was sensitive to potentially controversial topics.
The content was fine. Some points were stated in black and white terms that, whilst I agree with the position, I'm not sure are quite as clear cut in law as was presented, but for the sake of a clear and straightforward staff learning exercise, I suppose there's no value in muddying the waters. The only point of annoyance was that I was taking the course in several chunks throughout the day and, on the screen with the 9 protected characteristics, it kept failing to save my progress so I had to go back and click through the videos quickly to restore the "completed" check box.
just the right amount of information

The course was good, but I found that some of the items in the program did not open, it could have just been my link to the system. but it made it difficult to follow, I still managed to understand it and passed.
The sound didn't work on all slides so I had to use subtitles. I believe that this type of training is much better in a classroom type environment. I am an equality rep so it was easy for me, but if you were trying to persuade somebody who was a bully or harasser, then all they are doing is ticking boxes, and not necessarily changing because of group discussion.
Reinforced that I am conducting myself correctly in the workplace.
Broken into digestible chunks, lots of reinforcement of the messages.
