It would have been better if the section on Protected Characteristics had been in the first section rather than the second section. The first section makes lots of references towards Protected Characteristics which is not helpful if you do not know what they are.

I felt that the course was more suited to the management of a company and less relevant to its employees. As an employee myself, I'm not sure how I'm better off knowing the distinction between 'harassment' and 'bullying', or whether the provision of a disabled toilet is regarded as 'being accommodating' or 'taking positive action'? Also, I don't think the videos in section two should be optional. (I ended up missing a few of these.) It would make better sense if the whole course was linear, then at the end there could be a screen of recap icons where individual sections could be reviewed. Also, during the test, it would be handy to be able to click on an button that would temporarily take you back to the section relevant to the question you just answered incorrectly, rather than having to search for it at the end when you may have forgotten which topics you needed to look up.
Found this quite a straightforward training exercise and the questioning at the end was fair. Passed, so must be goo!

A very good course with clear content. It also includes examples of where the topic is relevant which puts things into context.
