Easy to use, excellent educational course.
Clear and informative training embracing the importance and benefits of equality and diversity. More difficult to remember all the points covered to complete the test.
The presenter was very good, however with so many video clips I feel it needed to incorporate some additional visuals to help embed information. I would say it was typically very corporate and not divers enough.

Why is there so much emphasis on the learner knowing the correct terminology? Surely the main thing is the learner understands and can identify what constitutes harassments, bullying etc. Why is it important to know it is direct or indirect? If the employee recognises an act, comment or procedure is not lawful or correct - then that is the main objective achieved. I could hardly decipher some of the questions as they are so ambiguously phrased. Consequently, I failed to again 80% to pass the test. Given this was my only free time to sit it and it is Good Friday at 6.30 pm, I am unlikely to rush back to try again.
An easy to navigate the informative course. I really enjoyed it, it was good as a refresher and introducing new information that I had not thought about before.
