This could easily and quickly have been read, and then the test taken. Instead we are subjected to boring and prolonged videos.
Not sure the method of training is suitable for the subject. Should be done in small groups with a person rather than an on-line style course. Feels like a box ticking exercise.
whilst operating in the work place, this with it's interruption can be hard to remember the technicalities of each areas of discrimination

The affects of discrimination could be put over in a more direct way. Some of the language is easily confusing for someone with limited education, and sine they are much more likely not to understand (forgive my stereotype) and hold prejudiced views; it is that audience that may require more guidance.
