Don't believe this course is necessary for someone who doesn't discriminate against anyone or anything.
A good course but need more examples in the workplace.Thanks
I thought this was an excellent summary of the issues relating to equality and diversity. It did a very good job of showing how complex the law is, but also how easy it is to behave appropriately in the workplace by simply treating everyone with respect, dignity and as an individual. I think it's an excellent idea to give this course to all new employees - it shows how important these issues are to the Crick and does much to demonstrate its values.
Quite a useful course for someone like me isn't too aware of HR Legislation. A good course which I will adopt when I go on site.
I found this course particularly helpful, it explained some difficult concepts very clearly.

Why are PI not enforced to do this as several things that happen to me are not noticed
