Very useful and learned a lot

This training has been very informative and useful. All contents were detailed , accurate and linked to the subject. A very purposeful , focused and easy to follow up method has been used to impart pre test information .It was easy to understand and retain the contents for hitting the correct boxes. Although I had to retake the test , but I completed it well in the second attempt. It's good to give chance for retaking the test incase someone can't do it right initially.

I travel to London once every three months for two hours. Whilst there I sit on a small committee and give out shed loads of money to worthy causes. I then go home again. I have just sat through 68 small video clips and taken two exams none of which are relevant to what I do.

Easy to follow course, in layman's terms. I like the flexibility to dip in and out when time suits.

I felt the course concentrated more on learning the different names for types of discrimination rather than what to do if you come across it and how support the person affected.

Clear, concise and accessible summary of legal position and good examples of practical applicaiton.

Would prefer to be able to simply opt to re-do the test to obtain 100%Certificates printed at 80% do not look good really. I like to have achieved 100% no matter how many times I have to take the test so that I am sure I have learnt and understood all aspects of the course.

The course was easy to follow and understand, and gave the options of returning to information to re-read if needed. The questions within the presentation was also a good way to check if you were following the information.Good course, enjoyed it.

I thought the videos were a good way for bringing the training to life rather than reading a dry document. It's good to have the tests throughout as it makes you concentrate.
