Some of the questions are confusing
I had completed a lot of E&D training in the past but despite taking notes I still found a couple of the questions challenging - the distinction between positive action and reasonable adjustments, for example. But I still got 90%.

Not particularly gripping but fully informative and relatively pleasant to do.
the content is very goo and I understand it all. However I struggle to remember the titles of each scinario and therefore fail the test. The questions should not be around the headings e.g. Indirect, Associative, Perception but whether something is lawful or unlawful etc.
i could have gained a better score if i had taken a little more time with the test however on a whole injoyed the learning Thank you
Easy to understand and follow with easy explanations and good examples with actors
Straight forward to follow and a simple way to check our understanding with the test at the end
