I like those training videos. They are really easy to watch and understand. Only thing I don't like that after a week of taking the test I cant go back and watch it again to refresh my memory as its locked until due again. It would be more helpful if those videos are accessible all the time so people can go back and watch it again if needed .

Really good course refreshing us all in how we think. We are all guilty of stereotyping people and jumping to conclusions too quick. I think its a valuable course for everyone to do to remind ourselves of how our behaviours can affect people. Great examples by the actors on the film. Makes more sense seeing rather than just listening.

A comprehensive session. Some wording and definitions are quite similar and needs to be understood clearly before taking the test at the end. Some of the questions could be misunderstood or misinterpreted.
As most of your tests it felt that some questions were covered in the training and the rest were left either to guess or to remember from previous training, experiences, etc.
