Whilst most of the training involved common-sense issues, it doesn't hurt to be reminded of the differences between forms of prejudice and discrimination. I think we are already 'good' at all this - as an organisation - but it doesn't hurt to focus on how differences and diversity are such positive contributors to efficiency and good morale.

It was well presented but quite a difficult subject to get to grips with.

Its good that it gives a summary of the different types of discrimination that seem obvious but it makes it clear on how they differ and what is and isn't included.
