Many of the questions were far too ambivalent, for example;"What is the GREATEST benefit to a company of embracing equality and diversity?"The answers for this question were subjective rather than objective and illogical. If a company gathers a group of employees from around the world who all speak different languages, then the company is diverse, however it is now non functional, unhappy and thus unproductive.
Found the training to be beneficial for all work places and a good source to maintain peoples knowledge regarding what's appropriate and what's not.
An important and complex subject, put across in an engaging and easily understandable style. The legal compliance aspects aside, the business benefits of a diverse workforce could have been expanded on.
