Fairly easy to read, option to read rather than listen to video.
What I really liked about this training is that it made a topic which can sometimes see complicated very clear and easy to understand.

This course covers a lot of ground. Some of it is very different to how I was raised but most of it is intuitive.

I have always maintained the view that one has to respect each other in a working environment in order to get the best co-operation and achieve the best results.
Your course is good, however my personal opinion is that we should not be lawyers on this matter and know exactly to which category it belongs and spent our time on this
A very good course my only comment would be I am sure a couple of the questions were not covered during the course.
