Despite believing that I had good knowledge in relation to Equality and Diversity built up over a number of years, I found that this programme thoroughly enhanced my knowledge base and highlighted some areas where I could add to what I knew. For me, I was not fully aware of all of the terminology and categories so I reviewed the slides in a few areas to ensure I had taken it all on board.
Gives a simple framework for understanding acceptable behaviour in the workplace and clear examples. Up to date with relevant topics such as LGBT issues. These are the things that everyone needs to know and I'm glad that this training is provided to make the workplace environment better for all employees.
