The language around trans people was a bit outdated specifically about 'changing' their gender, rather than presenting as the gender they are , when they have been assigned a different one at birth. Also, there were times when there was a very binary view of gender i.e men and women which erases non-binary people. I also noticed that in quite a few of the videos it was white actors who were being presented as victims of the discrimination which was worrying as this subtly ignores the ways BAME people face systemic discrimination.
The actual videos are useful, and teach people about the law including what is acceptable in the workplace. It's good that you can't skip them because it encourages people to actually listen to the information rather than skipping ahead in order to complete the mandatory training. However, the test itself focuses more on the terminology rather than the underlying truths. The questions that were more successful were the ones that focused on scenarios in the work place e.g. "is it discrimination if...?" rather than a memory test of legal terms.
