Excellent course with very useful information for work and ouside of work life. Simple language and interesting videos are helpful to remember the key points.

The explanations and examples given were clear and unambiguous. It was helpful to be reminded of some of the less well-referred to types of discrimination and also develop ideas about possible positive action to enhance opportunities for people who have protected characteristics
Good training as it was videos so you didn't have lots of reading to do and get lost in the text.
Few questions were tricky and a bit confusing. Overall a good refresher training
