only problem is that if you make a mistake and try to get back to the relevant section to find out why, it starts right at the beginning and you have to watch it all again to understand where you have made the mistake. I did this and then had to start the test all over again, even though I made the mistake at question 18. It did let me see the correct answer but I think it would have been better if it had taken me back to the whole of the relevant section again, not to the beginning, to understand why I had made the mistake.

Training was easy to follow. However I feel that the score should not be put on the certificate. It should just state that you have passed or completed the training.

I like the coverage of issues and the language flows easily. The fact that it is presented by different people makes it even more appropriate for the subject it is addressing. It's simple to follow and understand. Well done!

I liked the videos created to explain the topics.

Clear and concise course proving good overview in relation to equality and diversity in the workplace. This will help work colleagues to have a better appreciation of diversity in the workplace and promote respect and better understanding. Useful to have clarity of the different types of discrimination and how it can be manifested in the workplace. Perhaps good to also highlight how discrimination may occur in service delivery,

I enjoyed taking part and learned new information which I will take with me when I am taking NDORS courses in the future.
