I liked the videos created to explain the topics.
Clear and concise course proving good overview in relation to equality and diversity in the workplace. This will help work colleagues to have a better appreciation of diversity in the workplace and promote respect and better understanding. Useful to have clarity of the different types of discrimination and how it can be manifested in the workplace. Perhaps good to also highlight how discrimination may occur in service delivery,
I enjoyed taking part and learned new information which I will take with me when I am taking NDORS courses in the future.

A Training session such as this one can only help people to have a better understanding of the importance of Equality and Diversity in the workplace. A happy open and content working atmosphere will always be to the benefit of both employers and employee's. This training course covers so many area's that are so vital in the day to day running of any organisation.
