The course brought clarity and specificity to terminology and ideas I have relating to equality and diversity in the workforce.
It was interesting to do this training. I have to say it takes double the time to complete and I feel you could have had more questions thrown in randomly to stop boredom creeping in.
Nice clear structure. Simple language. Good list of documents for further reading. I would have liked the opportunity for more interactive learning. I realise that not every human difference can be represented on a short video, but it would be good to see a black African/Caribbean person featured. To enhance the value of the course and the commitment of learners to act on what they have learned, I would like an individual action plan opportunity at the end whereby learners are invited to think about some steps they intend to take as a result of their greater awareness of Equality and Diversity issues. The training could offer some good examples to get us started...
I have done this course for the first time and i have found it very interesting.

I really enjoyed the course
It would be more helpful if protected characteristics were defined earlier in the training than section 2 since the trainer constantly refer to them in the first section The training takes considerably longer than 30 minutes to complete - especially if you want to study the subject properly
I liked the guy in the bow tie and the dog.
I found this particular course very informative and interesting as I do most of these online training courses. I find Doing these online courses in the comfort of my own home and time very good as they are convenient and I am able to concentrate without distractions.
only problem is that if you make a mistake and try to get back to the relevant section to find out why, it starts right at the beginning and you have to watch it all again to understand where you have made the mistake. I did this and then had to start the test all over again, even though I made the mistake at question 18. It did let me see the correct answer but I think it would have been better if it had taken me back to the whole of the relevant section again, not to the beginning, to understand why I had made the mistake.
