Though provoking ans sensitively produced
It was useful and educational to undertake this course, it has helped to increase my awareness of some potentially difficult situations which could be easily resolved if the correct responses are made, which would be helped by the support of suitable policies reflecting the legal situation, and also the overall need for positive action in the workplace.
