A really clear well thought out course. I liked the explanation of how the brain creates shortcuts for our thinking. Very easily understood - enough to make you stop and think. Great course
It's actually quite difficult to complete on-line courses during working hours in a single-manned library. It's hard to concentrate because I kept being interrupted by customers and it seems unreasonable to expect us to complete the course outside of working hours and thus unpaid.
I felt this was patronising and could have been put together in a much better and more interesting format.
