Clearly and simply conveyed. The actors help visually explain the different issues. The audio and video was a bit jumpy/glitchy but that could be down to our IT system rather than being too big a file or streaming issues.
Thought this course was delivered simply and thoroughly, was a good starting point to get some insight into equality and diversity. Hope that you are successful with this traininig
It took a few attempts to pass as 7 of the sections wouldn't load which was very frustrating & wasted time with having to repeat the test.
The course was very good as it didn't dumb down the subject matter. Real life scenarios is a great way for people to learn from the mistakes made in the past.
I found the information very helpful.
