It is jargon words
It did make think more about how you react towards and communicate with your colleagues.
makes you think about what has happened in the past and to ensure it doesn't happen again, very informative with bite size information so it doesn't get boring and holds your attention.

A really good course to get everyone thinking about this subject. If your employees are scattered far an wide it is sometimes difficult to get a message across properly and this is a very good starting point.
As someone of an older generation, it can become all too easy to be left behind by a subject that was barely considered - let alone discussed openly - back "in the day". So it was both bewildering, and enlightening, at the same time.

far too much broadband width reqd - kept stalling - and something that should have been 30mins took an hour because you have to wait 57 times to go to next section - condense the content - reloading after every 60 seconds is just unnecessary
