This was a good course to complete during work hours to understand Equality and Diversity. I was able to complete this at a time that best suited and felt more confident knowing more about this subject relevant to the workplace.
I think it's crucial to adapt those courses to local laws-> In Switzerland, it is legal to ask the age of a candidate, and things like that.
