The English used in the course is too demanding for non native speakers. I have operated in international projects and networks for more than 30 years, mostly using English as common language. But the vocabulary used in this course forced me to switch to Dutch as language. And that is really terrible.. The English should be simplified, maybe checked by non native speakers? The content was ok, and I did get interesting new insights.
Be aware that some of the views presented are in themselves ideologies.
Really well facilitated, made sense and was done at a pace to suit all.
I feel I now have a good understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Enjoyed the delivery of the information and the variety, in terms of visuals and presenters.
