Very good course, would have given 5* but my PC doesn't have sound which in my view is a must for completing the course. Whilst I was successful I would have scored higher using sound
I've done quite a few of these types of e-learning and this was short enough to keep attention and long enough to get the reason for the training across
Questions should be clear and non ambiguous. eg: How many Protected Characteristics are, the multi choice stated 8, 9 12. As answer is 9 and having a choice of 8, this tends to cast doubt in the candidate. This type of question is considered bad practice.

Effective and to the point..
personally I struggle when communicating with people and constantly wonder if I have upset them, when its not my intention this causes me distress. its a good course and always highlights issues that may affect others, but keeps me second guessing
I enjoyed the presentation as it had moving images and therefore not as boring as other online training I have endured! The language was simple, plain and easy to understand and made it more enjoyable to watch. Reading training rarely is retained but I find that visual images are.
