Found this a really good course,but hard to grasp in areas.
Every one has their part to play in the working environment
I enjoyed this course. I very much liked the fact that there were actors as it brought the subject to life. To improve the course I would like each slide to be longer so that I could just sit and take it in rather than clicking through slides that only last 30 seconds and then have to press play.
Quite a strong emphasis on the legal framework, and a clear account of protected characteristics along with unlawful behaviours and employer / employee responsibilities. It would have been good to see more emphasis on the benefits and value of diversity and inclusion (not a term used in the training, despite its importance) to a successful organisation.
This course would be better delivered by a real person rather than online.
