I started the training with the misgivings which come from an in-depth knowledge of perceptual and unconscious bias and a focus on intersectionality and the theoretical work of black women. This training covers the basics exceptionally well and gives an overview without technical languguage which brings in a wider understanding.
really good course. I enjoyed the interactive element and test at the end.
A great deal of useful information to absorb, I just found I needed to revisit positive action and the number of categories eg Race, marital status etc to double check how many there were.

There was a lot of information in this course. Maybe it would be better to do it in two parts.
My work computer doesn't have facility for sound so read transcript only. Which worked okay but feel the video would have made it more interesting. Difficult to navigate sometimes.
I found this course quite challenging I did know all the slides as done it many times in other sectors but had to really think when I came to the test was very gd though
