It was accessible and easy to use

I think that the approaches employed to convey information enabled me to go at my own pace and learn 'my way'. I was quite impressed that there was written material to go with the audio in-put, visual interpretations that reinforced what was being said, and I used the facility to go back and replay some of the material t make sure that I had heard it correctly. If it was too fast for me I stopped and went back and listened again. I liked the quiz at the end of the first bit and think that mini quizzes throughout the rest of the material would provide a chance to review and recap.

too wordy,should use plain English

Difficult to understand what was being asked and very complicated and unneeded language, must be hard for average person to do. Why do we all think people have an A level in English... Course itself seems to be done in a way that discriminates against people with learning disabilities or not with English as 1st language.
