In regards to the question "Once a person has changed gender, what sort of behaviour would it be to refer to them using their previous gender, for example saying 'her' rather than 'him'?" needs to be amended with "knowing they have changed gender and deliberately using their previous gender,". Otherwise, the question causes confusion with the answers of Harassment and Prejudice depending on the scenario that hasn't been made fully clear through the question. Both are bad, but harassment carries with it legal consequences that are more severe, in accordance to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. This should be reflected in the question. The learning and other questions are superb, simple and very easy to use.
I think the course gives you detail idea about what equality and diversity mean, what should you expect from a workplace....different areas of equality and diversity but it does not say if any of this happening with you what you should do. Whom should you go and discuss. What are the steps you can take. I thank If you include them that would be beneficial.
In my opinion not enough detail on the difference between positive action and discrimination or bullying and discrimination. Whilst the other areas are pretty much black and white this area leads to a lot of uncertainty which this course doesn't spend enough time on or allow for more of a detailed breakdown of these particular subjects, leaving more questions than when started.
Good clear information
