An excellent course which explains clearly the steps needed to comply with Equality and Diversity in the workplace.
I thought I knew all I needed to know about Diversity, equality and inclusion but have learnt so much from this course.
Clear course to follow just a lot to remember for test.
A bit slow and repetitive in places and the 'positives' can seem a bit big Brother-ish and over generalised.
Great training, lots of topics covered and very useful resources and information.

I appreciated the transcript option and further reading/watching.The actors deserve credit too- their acting wasn't too hammy, as can sometimes be the case with training videos.
