I think iHasco training is generally good but with Equality & Diversity, because it covers the 9 protected characteristics in turn, it has the experience of a list. I also think the two extra films for each of the characteristics could have been integrated more creatively. All in all, this is not up to the usual standard and a more creative approach to the delivery is needed.
The best part was it's not at all complex. It help us to get a better understanding of it and enjoyed doing the test.
