Equality and Diversity helps me to understand more about everyone responsibility.

Protected Characteristics (slide 16) should have been advised earlier, as the PCs were referred to prior to the description/definition of what they were. Even taking extensive notes did not prepare for some of the questions, similarly some of the summaries are vague and do not prepare you as well as they could for the test. However courses are generally good/informative but advised durations are unrealistic!

Good course,eye opener to many things around work and social surroundings involving different aspects of race,creed,bullying,discrimination etc,enjoyed watching the presentation clips.

It is well structured in its approach to learning and clear objectives. A good feature is redirection of learning where the test has incorrect answers. It is straight forward to follow and very effective in achieving desired learning outcomes

Good as a refresher, but not enough depth if it was first-time training.

The course could perhaps be improved by giving more background about the legislation - specifically the Equality Act. Otherwise, it was easy to follow. Thank you
