A good awareness about Expected Attitude in a working environment.
Quite difficult to understand the terminology at first, but now OK.
A lot of it is obvious but some areas were useful and explained in a simple way. It was possibly my laptop, but the sound was poor, I will try the next one on a different computer.
I enjoyed this session and got a lot from it. I feel the test questions could have been placed at the end of each appropriate section rather than at the end.

Course was interesting and informative but hard to listen to because of the sound constantly skipping, so I couldn't hear some of the words and had to guess what had been said.
Found the module very engaging, the acting superb and the content rich in its important message
