at 0:49 in the first video the graphics highlight 'Gender' as a protected characteristic. This is not accurate, it should read 'Sex'
Found this very hard to try and sort out all the different protective characteristics
Enjoyed it. Made silly mistakes in the test but do understand.
It was the same as the one I did in 2018 it needs to be updated
I found the content interesting and informative however it became wordy and I became a little confused at times. During the test I found some of the questions a little difficult to understand, but managed to get through them on the second attempt.

The clarification around positive discrimination and positive action was really good. Up until this point; I did not realise positive discrimination was illegal. Yes! a great course.
Course is simply put together but in an easy to follow way and avoids being too cumbersome or wordy. Very tactfully and professionally done and an important refresher for employees and employers.
