I have just worked through the online training module. Please see below for my thoughts: -1. Easy to access 2. Broken down into manageable chunks and a clear indication of expected timeframes for each section-I particularly like this! 3. Nice summary at the end of each video clip for the candidate to take notes and easy to determine what are the key points/takeaways 4. Videos are not too cheesy, this always helps! 5. Content pitched at a good level with good examples of where the content being described would apply in the workplace 6. You need to be paying attention and writing good notes to be able to answer some of the questions as there are some subtle differences, particularly around the types of discrimination (20 questions for the level of content does feel a little too much, in my opinion, as there was a bit of repetition
Covered all relevant aspects. Helped to refresh subject matter. Good overall.

interesting course but trickier than others. Very subtle differences between discrimination, prejudice, stereotyping and or harassment or bullying. Got two questions wrong. Didn't realise asking an age was discriminatory even if you don't act upon it.
I am quite sure that at least one of the questions in the test could have had more then one right answer. Some of the wording in questions could be better.
