The course introduced examples of unacceptable, unlawful behaviours that are not always apparent, obvious and publicised or common knowledge
It’s an eye opener. Excellent!!
More focused on employers than employees and so perhaps less relevant to QAA reviewers. The course and it’s delivery were good. The examples were also good but I struggled with the terminology and had to take the test twice.
Technical issues made is low
A little bit confusing when doing the questions at the end as answers are closely linked. Would be better if questions were spread through sections.
Informative, useful and easy to follow - it made me re-think a few things.
