This training course provides sufficient information and scenarios to enable anyone to understand their responsibilities with regards to equality and diversity. In bite-size chunks it explores the requirements under the Equality Act and differences between different types of behaviour. The training also identifies the benefits of treating people appropriately as well as identifying that equality and diversity is everyone's responsibility.

May not remember what the various types of discrimination are but good to know so can look up if needed.

Excellent easy to understand
Well thought out and very in depth. At times a little hard to get your head around.
Good visuals and a variety of presenters so we never got bored listening to one person
