Personally I found the course quite hard there was a lot to try & remember with the different discrimination categories, I was exhausted at the end of it but glad that I passed 2nd time round.

Have not did equality and diversity training for well over a year it was good to refresh myself to remind me how important it is in the work place and life in general it reminds you that being respectful and caring for others is the only way. So doing the training keeps you on track to be a better person

A bit harder this time but I am pleased that I managed to pass it first time.

This is an issue which has continued to grow during the late 20th and early 21st centuries. I know that there are two issues related to this, Equality which relates to giving everybody the same chances and Diversity, which is about creating a more wide ranging society. In the work place, this relates to whether or not certain people who display protected characteristics, are given the same treatment as others.

You exclude Paganism from your list of organised religions when it is recognised by government, legally, identified in the census etc (I speak as a former Pagan prison Chaplain). I think this is discrimination on your part and that you should add it to your list of recognised religions. The recognised symbol is a five-pointed star. Also, your section on harassment and bullying and the difference is a little confusing and would benefit from clarification.

Some of the issues dealt with were quite complicated and I was pleased to find out what was lawful and what was unlawful
