Excellent course

I find E&D quite complicated as it is tricky and easy to muddle understanding. Well presented and explained. I make a lot of notes and would suggest for all Ihasco training that summaries or slides of what is said can be emailed to those wanting them to be able to refer back to the training as needed.

4/5
Direct and informative

Well put together training videos that were clear and concise

5/5
all about correct terminology

Test questions have too much emphasis on learning the correct terminology. The questions I got wrong, weren't due to the fact I knew the behaviour was wrong but because I was unsure what that behaviour was called.

3/5
Thorough but too basic

I thought the course was a good quick refresher but pitched at too basic a level - the questions at the end felt very easy to answer. It would have been helpful to have examples of different ways employers and colleagues can put positive action into practice.

3/5
Concise and straightforward course

Efficiently covered the subject in an easy to understand teaching. The training was well broken down into short and sharp modules to allow focus to be maintained.

5/5
Illogical reasoning

"If a company wants to encourage more of their women employees to apply for promotion and distributes informative leaflets aimed at women, this is.." I found the question discriminating against the rest of employees. I feel like this sort of reasoning implies that women are less capable than men and need extra support. Both men and women have the same capabilities and should be treated as such."Can an employer set up networks for gay, lesbian and bisexual employees?" People should be treated equally regardless of their sexual orientation. Why are heterosexual people not included?
