Good content and informative. However Terminology needs to be simpler. Confusing which it did not need to be.
I thought this was a very complicated subject and it took me a while to get to grips with some of terminology and what it means. I loved the beginning with the infagraphics to demonstrate how our brain works and stereotyping. Not easy but an excellent course.
An interesting and important training course. Although I felt I knew a lot of this already, I learned so much more. This was detailed, informative and well explained.
Useful to go through and keep these essential issues fresh.
